Take some time to do the following:
1) Lay down
2) Review the body from head to toe and tell each and every muscle, organ and cell ..its OK to relax
3) See white relaxing energy and love flowing through the entire body.
4) Breathe deeply and slowly as you go
5) Do this full-body scan several times.. It will get easier and easier to concentrate on the body with each scan.
5) Stay awake and notice as you relax the body fully how the mind automatically slows down. The body may fall asleep but your awareness stays awake in a trance-like state.
6) Continue to observe in this state, how the mind becomes like calm water reflecting light, versus ripples in disturbance.

When you wake up completely you are likely to feel very relaxed and mentally refreshed.

How long does it take? Its up to you! Sometimes I spend a couple hours or if I don’t have much time I do a quick one under 30 minutes.
