1 – Focus on what you WANT, not what you don’t want
2 – Clarify WHY you want it
3 – Focus on all the reasons why YOU CAN, not why you can’t (this is a big one)
4 – DON’T wait for others (though others may join you)

SHIFT IN ACTION
1 – Focus on what you can do NOW, not what you will do later (Plan, but don’t let planning be an excuse for procrastination).
2 – Prioritize tasks and estimate time to complete them.
3- Schedule Tasks: remember, until you schedule time for it, it still lives in the realm of dreams and fantasies.
4 – Log your time: if you’re not working your plan, what are you doing with your time? (This is painful at first, but will create the pressure necessary for change)
