All strength is developed in opposition to resistance.

Planning a work-out does not make you nearly as strong as working out.
Just as planning a project is not nearly as empowering as taking action and doing it.

You can live in dream land planning things, which is fun.
Or you can get busy working on it, which isn’t always so fun – but it builds strength and character.

Non-resistance can be a powerful way to defeat Strength.
Strength is only useful against a resistance.. it also grows stronger against an opposing force.
But where there is no opposing force, the opposite happens – it weakens.
To not resist AND through non-participation – forces that once had strength, begin to lose their power and crumble away.
