Full Potential 360:
1) Study the self constantly
The self is one of the most complex, multilayered, multi dimensional systems in the world. It takes a great deal of time and effort to know the self. But the more you understand the self the more you can control and master the self.
2) Drink water constantly (1 glass every 1 -2 hours)
Constantly staying hydrated will help you maintain optimum levels of energy, so you feel good and have the energy to do what’s important.
3) Learn something valuable everyday (At least 30 minutes a day)
The body must rest to regenerate and the mind must recharge – lack of sleep creates stress on all the bodily systems. Proper sleep ensures that all the systems function at optimum levels. Now you might say that you’re busy – but you always have a choice. Behaviors have more to do with your values than your circumstances.
